With the pour-ons after 2 day the legs on the fleas were still moving. I will look into the Raybon. It is always nice to have something that really works jsut in case. The vaseline seemed to work. I used a huge tube on 6 birds. The fleas turned black the next day, they are nice plump brown things. I believe they are dead. Now I just have to fight the hatching cycle. I plan to take tweezers and pull all these bugs off. Should take me all afternoon. I will let you all know what happens. Thanks everyone for the advice!!

Ivomec will work but it might take a couple treatments , I had a hen with those , first time I had ever seen that species, was kinda interesting, i used Ivomec and sprayed with adams too, they are gone I cant find anymore..it was only one bird , not sure where she found them , but no telling with the wild life around here..we are bug free now..thankfully for now anyhow ..

I talked to a old fighten chicken man and he said use WD40, he said it will get all bugs. If they are around the eyes, that might not be a good idea.

I used the vasaline and put a little sevin dust in there for good measure. Seemed to kill them. There are a few on the blue hen a little lower that I did not saturate and they are still not dead for the pour ons. I will just watch and lube them up when I see them. I will be happy never to see a stick tight again, yuck!!!! I am just glad they cannot survive up here!
