To better support our hobby I have rented 2 sub standard quality 5 month ole Blacks to a guy who is putting on an Urban Habitat Exhibition today. He also took 2 smaller Blue cockerels. But they were getting pecked on by another poultry enthusiast's sex linked hens. Thought is was cool to rent a chicken. Maybe I need to start a new business. "BILLZ RENT-A-CHICK" hahahaha Forgot to say this display is in the heart of Downtown Indy. At Meridian and Washington street

When they are done, have him donate the pen, then on the next gig you will have pen and everything.

Luckily it was a gorgeous day here. high of 65 and clear and sunny. These are just 5 month oles and it was cramped. This weekend here in INDY there is something called Coop De Tour. . It is an exhibition of various types of coops by fellow chicken folks. I may go and check it out. I have enough coops and the next one I build will double as a Hen house and Greenhouse. I seen what Doug has and he has a nice Green house which stays 80 degrees during much of the winter. that is something I like. And I scored on some huge FREE sheets of thick visqueen. I hope to build my hen house/green house out of that off my pole barn.

Don & Vern, I am sorry I did not go. My wife owned me last Sunday for a tailgate party. I was not too happy to miss the event. But I did see that on our local news a neat story about the success of the show. Bill
