The last show I was at one of the breeders was telling me about a product that was useful for cleaning white birds for show. I wrote it down on a piece of paper and of course I have misplaced the paper. I think it was something like white X or Bright X does that ring a bell for any of you folks. I was told it can be bought at Rural King or Farm Stores. If any of you can help jog my memory I would be grateful.
What formulas are used to keep white birds white? Anybody have any good formulas?
Here is a list of products that help to clean white birds, especially those who happened to be standing under the roost at the wrong time. I have not tried all these products but there are breeders out there that claim these can help.
Cowboy Magic Green spot remover spray
Plum White shampoo
Ivory liquid or liquid castile soap
1/2 cup of 20 mule team borax added to the bath makes it more effective
