Hi Deb, looks like you have been doing some good orp breeding. Nice Blue Boy!! I couldn't have done any of it without Korfus chicks for my base. Also, Santa Cruz Mountain Poultry, Steve Wilson. My Lavenders are just as nice! :-) Well, almost.

Here is a pic of my favorite blue hen. Hi All, Here are three pictures. Two of my Blue Roo, half Korfus, half Ramsley. One of my favorite Hen, half Korfus, half Santa Cruz Mnt. She is playing in the mud! lol Here is a better picture of my roo. In the background you can see my 74lb Stafford-shire for size comparison. So do you think he is worthy of breeding for future. Hi Harry, It's been a while since I asked you last about Lavenders. I've been up and down and all around buying, selling, culling, breeding, etc. Some I purchased from "The home of the Lavender Orpington" I gave all away. lol Here are a few pictures of my Lavenders. I've been working with them for about three years now. I started with a Ramsley Lavender rooster and bred him to six of my Korfus black hens. Could you take a look and give me an idea of what I'm doing wrong/right? I've added those pictures that are small enough. If you would like I can email you some others. Thanks, Debi

I know I'm probably the only person on the net that have never used photo bucket. lol I'll give it a try. My birds turned out very nice this year and I'd love for someone to see them. Where Don been? I haven't heard from him in ages. I've email but gotten no reply and I called his cell and it went straight to voice mail. ?? Debi

It would only let me add two pictures. Says the other files were too big but they are all pretty much the same size. I have Lavenders and Chocolates I wanted to share and Splash. Darn!

Hi All, I've been a little out of the loop lately. Busy, busy, busy plus a lot of family stuff and predator issues. Man what a year this has been. Hopefully 2014 will be much smoother and less heartbreaking. Here are a few pictures of my kids (chickens of course)that I bred from crosses of Ramsey, Korfus, Heirloom, Pownal and Santa Cruz Mnt. Poultry. Hope you enjoy them! Also, please pipe in on flaws. I'm a big girl, I won't cry I promise. Attachments:

Hi All,
Thought I might share a few pictures of my pullets and cockerels from Korfus Kluckers. They haven't started laying yet but soon! Also a picture of my Heirloom Poultry black rooster and his son. :-)

Hi All, I've been in search of a UK LF Black Orp roo for quite a while now. Just recently a friend of mine purchased this boy for me! So, since I'm new to this breed, I need someone or everyone to tell me what you think of him. He is of a pretty good size. My Clevenger buffs are larger but not by much! These pictures aren't great but he was pretty nervous in his new surroundings. Maybe in a few days I can get some better ones taken. Debi Heaven Sent Ranch
