Darlene HObbs won Champion English with a very nice Black Cockerel. I won Reserve Champion English with a younger black cockerel.
Trisha I understand the winner was from your flock. Makes you feel like your winning yourself when someone shows something you have put an effort in to produce along the line and they win. Congratulations Darlene. I will get a pic up soon.
24 LF Orps shown and there were some really nice birds there. Matt Ulrich had some really nice buffs and it was great to meet so many nice breeders and visit with them.
Nava congrats on the BV Blue cockerel
Charles Logan showed a really good looking Black Bantam cockerel that really liked. I will look up the name of the young man that won the Junior division with a blue hen. I don't think he is a UOC member but I am going to encourage him to join.

Here is Darlenes winner Also met Matt Ulrich and his Father. They really nice people. He won BV with a buff cockerel that was gorgeous and the largest I have seen. I can't imagine how large he will be by next year. He had a very wide breast. Matt I apologise for a poor pic of your nice bird. This doesn't do him justice. Here is Charles Logan's Black bantam cockerel Look at the width on this little man. I just think it is awesome Nava's blue male who won BV

Found another shot of that buff male. Matt had two big boys there looking good and lots of big pullets. Here is a pic of the Winner in the Junior League. Dillon Pesata out of Florida. Very nice family. Congrats Matt. I am sorry I am poor pic taker. She was a great big hen

Julie, thank you for the kind words... I really enjoyed meeting and visiting with you. It was great to see a nice group of Orpingtons at Lake City. I was really impressed with the Blacks and Blues that were there. I hope to see you guys at Newnan.

Nice birds, what is the breeding on the big buffs? Also on the black bantam? I could use a new shot of breeding in my blacks.
